A coater is only as consistent as the base cloth coming into the plant. Variation in weight, width or construction shows up as uneven coating pickup, puckering, bond failure and rejected rolls. We supply PV matty, China raise and tricot to the weight, width and shade your line runs on, and keep the specification the same order after order.

Consistent weight and width
Coating lines are set up for a base weight and width. Drift between lots changes coating pickup and finished thickness, so the base has to arrive on specification every time.
The right construction for the end use
A woven matty base for stable flat goods, tricot where the rexine must stretch over shapes, and China raise where the reverse must feel soft.
Clean, even surface
Slubs, knots and uneven raising telegraph through a thin coating. The base surface decides how good the face of the rexine can look.
