1. Who we are

BC Textiles (“we”, “us”) is a wholesale fabric business based at B-107, North-Ex Mall, Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi - 110085, India, GSTIN 07AAFPA8120J1Z0. We run this website, www.bctextiles.com, and we decide how the personal data described here is used.

2. Information we collect

• What you send us. When you use an enquiry or sample form, or contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, company, phone number, email address, the fabric and requirement you describe, a delivery address for samples, and anything else you choose to write.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the website secure and working.
• Analytics, only with your permission. If you allow analytics, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page visits and measure loading speed. They do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
• Preferences on your device. We store your light or dark theme choice and your privacy choice in your browser’s local storage. These never leave your device.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and send samples
• To process orders, deliveries, invoices and payments
• To keep the records Indian law requires, including GST records
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website, if you allow analytics
• To protect the website and our enquiry forms against spam and misuse

4. Consent and your choices

We process your personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. When you send us an enquiry, you consent to us using the details you provide to respond to it and to deal with you as a business contact. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; this will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Analytics are off until you allow them. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with those who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and, with your permission, provides analytics
• Resend, which delivers website enquiries to our email inbox
• Google, which provides our email and the office map, if you choose to load the map
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there
• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver samples and orders
• Government and law enforcement authorities, where the law requires it

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only information stored in your browser is your theme and privacy choice, as described above.

The office map on our home and contact pages is provided by Google and loads only when you press Show map. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies, which are governed by Google's privacy policy.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact about a potential or ongoing business relationship. Where an enquiry does not lead to business, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. Records connected to orders and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.

8. Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiries is limited to the people at BC Textiles who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Where your data is processed

Some of our service providers, such as Vercel, Resend and Google, may process data on servers outside India. They are established international providers with their own security and privacy commitments.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• Correct or complete data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your data, where we are not required by law to keep it
• Withdraw your consent
• Resolve a complaint about how we have handled your data

11. Children

This website is for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
