PV Fabric (Matty)
A matty (basket) weave cloth with a firm, even surface that takes a PVC or PU coating cleanly and holds its shape through coating, cutting and stitching. The balanced construction keeps the finished rexine flat and dimensionally stable, which is why it is the base of choice for panels, bags, covers and stationery. Supplied from 90 to 180 GSM, in the width and shade you specify.

About PV Fabric (Matty)
Which GSM should I use for my rexine?
Lighter weights, around 90-120 GSM, suit thin and supple rexine for stationery and linings. Heavier weights toward 180 GSM support thicker coatings for bags and upholstery panels. Send us your finished rexine or its end use and we will recommend a weight.
Can you supply it dyed to match my coating?
Yes. We dye to your shade, which is worth doing whenever the back of the finished rexine will be visible.
