1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.bctextiles.com (the “website”), run by BC Textiles, B-107, North-Ex Mall, Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi - 110085, India, GSTIN 07AAFPA8120J1Z0. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. A website for business buyers

The website presents our wholesale fabric range to traders, manufacturers and export buyers. We do not sell to consumers or take orders through the website.

3. Product information

• Descriptions, typical weight ranges and specifications are given in good faith as a general guide. Every fabric is supplied to the specification agreed for your order.
• Photographs are illustrative. Some are stock images and may not show the exact fabric you will receive.
• Colours vary between screens. Please approve a physical sample or lab dip before any dyed bulk order.
• Figures, tolerances, prices and delivery terms are binding only when confirmed in writing on a quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email does not create a contract. A quotation is an offer on the terms it states, for the period it states. Prices are quoted in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless the quotation says otherwise.

Each order is governed by the written quotation, proforma invoice or invoice issued for it. If those documents conflict with these terms, the order documents prevail.

5. Samples

Samples are supplied for evaluation. Once you approve a sample, it becomes the reference for the bulk order, within the tolerances agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

The BC Textiles name and logo, and the text, guides and design of the website, belong to BC Textiles. You may view, print and share pages and specification sheets for your own business purposes. You may not copy, republish or use them for any other purpose without our written permission. Stock photographs remain the property of their owners.

7. Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

• Break any law, or send false, misleading or spam enquiries
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its data
• Interfere with the website's operation, including through automated scraping or overloading it
• Use our contact details or content for unsolicited marketing

8. Third-party services and links

The website links to and uses services run by others, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Availability

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BC Textiles is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Our responsibilities for fabric supplied under an order are set out in the documents for that order.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data you share through the website.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
